Makaratasi magumu jamani!

Watu wanakula denda kwa kwenda mbele hapo. Umeyaona meno lakini wadau? Kwa kweli nimeamini karatasi ni gumu kuliko PhD.

Mdau anapenda menu za bure huyu na mwenzake Mohammed hayupo pichani. Yaani anakuwa kwenye misiba mingi sana si kwa ajili ya kuwapa pole wafiwa, ila ni kwa kuchapa menu tu na bwii za bure. Muone hapa kashakula tunda la kufa mtu na sasa anajivuta na kujiweka safi ili aweze kuaga kwani dhumuni la kuwapo hapo limeshamalizika. Dawa yako ipo jikoni...mstufikwanzitosta weee!

10 Health Tips...

1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day - this helps flush your body of impurities and fat. You can also substitute a few glasses of water for green or herbal tea.

2. Break up your meals into 5 or 6 smaller ones - this will help speed up your metabolism and keep you from getting too hungry in between meals.

3. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake - these are packed with vitamins.

4. Decrease your fat intake - try for no more than 20 grams per day.

5. Exercise for 30 minutes each day - take a walk, or play a game with your kids. Just get moving.

6. Find a hobby - take up knitting or painting to keep your hands busy.

7. Don’t eat that late night snack - Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before going to bed.

8. Listen to your body - your body will tell you when it is full, hungry, stressed, tired. Learn the signs and obey what your body is telling you.

9. Increase your fiber - choose whole grain pasta and bread.

10. Cleanse and detoxify - this may be the most important. Rid your body of harmful toxins and chemicals, while allowing it to function normally.

Mchezaji Mweusi wa Marekani Abadili Rangi ya Ngozi Yake.


Mmarekani mweusi Sammy Sosa ambaye aliwika sana enzi zake kwenye mchezo wa Baseball amebadili rangi ya ngozi yake kutoka nyeusi kuwa nyeupe kama mzungu. Mchezaji maarufu wa zamani wa Baseball, Sammy Sosa mwenye umri wa miaka 41 amejibadilisha rangi ya ngozi yake kuwa mweupe kama mzungu kwa kutumia krimu za kujichubua.

Sosa alianza kujichubua kuanzia mwaka 2007 na wiki iliyopita alionekana kwenye tuzo za Latin Grammy jijini Las Vegas akiwa hana tena rangi yake nyeusi ya kuonyesha asili yake ya Afrika.

Sosa alionekana mweupe kama mzungu na kwa watu ambao hawamfahamu ni vigumu kuamini alikuwa mweusi 'tii' zamani.

Sosa amesema kuwa nia yake kubadili rangi ya ngozi yake ni kutokana na mapenzi yake mwenyewe na si kumuiga marehemu mfalme wa muziki wa Pop, Michael Jackson.

Sosa amekiri pia kubadilika kwa rangi hakutokani na maradhi yoyote ya ngozi bali ni kutokana na krimu anayoitumia ambayo alisema ataipigia kampeni za kibiashara.

Hivi karibuni idadi ya watu weusi wanaojichubua nchini Marekani ili wakubalike katika soko la wazungu imezidi kuongezeka na wataalamu wa ngozi wanaonya kuwa matumizi ya krimu kujichubua ni hatari kwa afya.

Magonjwa mengi ya ngozi kama vile kansa ya ngozi yamekuwa yakihusishwa na madawa na krimu za kujichubua.


Simba, Yanga Hazikamatiki Ligi Kuu Bara.


SIMBA na Yanga zote za Dar es Salaam zimeendelea kung’ara katika Ligi Kuu ya Tanzanai Bara baada ya kushinda michezo yake ya wikiendi. Yanga ndiyo iliyokuwa ya kwanza kujiongezea pointi tatu baada ya kuifunga African Lyon kwa mabao 2-0, kwenye mchezo wa kwanza wa raundi ya pili ya ligi hiyo.

Mabao ya Yanga katika mchezo huo, yalifungwa na Jerry Tegete katika dakika ya 36. Tegete alifunga akiunga kona iliyochongwa na Abdi Kasim.

Huku mashabiki wakidhani mchezo huo ungemalizika kwa Yanga kutoka na ushindi wa bao 1-0, Idd Mbaga alitoa pasi safi kwa Mrisho Ngassa aliyemchambua kipa Ivo Mapunda wa Lyon na kuiandikia timu yake bao la pili na kuifanya Yanga kufikisha pointi 24.

Katika mchezo wa jana, Simba imeifunga Majimaji ya Songea mabao 2-0 huku mshambuliaji wake Mussa Mgosi akifunga mabao mawili na kuwa nyota wa mchezo.

Simba sasa inaongoza ligi hiyo kwa kuwa na pointi 36 baada ya kucheza mechi 12 na kushinda zote.

1. People who point at their wrist while asking for the time.... I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?

 People who are willing to get off their ass to search the entire room for the T.V.. remote because they refuse to walk to the T.V. and change the channel manually.

 When people say 'Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too'. Damn right! What good is cake if you can't eat it?

 When people say 'it's always the last place you look'. Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they?   cause I amGonna Kick their asses!

 When people say while watching a film 'did you see that?'. No Loser, I paid $12 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor.

 People who ask 'Can I ask you a question?'.... Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?

 When something is 'new and improved!'. Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.

 When people say 'life is short'. What the hell?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that's longer?

 When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks 'Has the bus come yet?'. If the bus came would I be standing here, dumbass?
